We are currently seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a receptionist.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Receptionist experience
  • Insurance industry experience
