"I was working with an individual named Shaye. I was on the phone for over a number of hours with a couple of different individuals. This person treated me like they actually cared. Finally. Faith in humanity still lost but it's nice to finally get helped by a decent individual. If you are this persons boss give them a raise you won't find workers like this anymore. "There was an issue that had cropped up that I was completely unaware of until Kassidy from this office texted me (which I greatly approved of over a random phone call) to let me know of the problem. She researched what had happened and why and took it upon herself to do what needed done on her end so that I literally had to do nothing and I was able to avoid losing insurance on my house. (This issue was of my own making due to my mailing address vs. my physical address). She was extremely thorough and very sweet and polite and it was probably the least stressful customer service interaction I have ever had regarding a potential disaster. Ever since my previous agent retired the few times I have interacted with the staff at this office has been wonderful. I am extremely happy with them."

"Dave Christy has been my agent since I received my driver's license at 16 (1994). Since then, he has insured my house, my second house, my businesses, and multiple rental properties. Dave has set up my employee's retirement funds as well as my life insurance. He has personally gone out of his way when I needed to make a claim large or small (remember when a car ran into my building?!). I sleep better at night knowing that if there is ever a need, I'm not going to have to fight my insurance company for help. Dave truly lives up to the State Farm jingle. Like a good neighbor, he's there."

"Where do i start. Used state farm for roughly 18 years for personal and 3 years for my business. Constant price hikes (had 1 house claim, zero automotive claims) in that 18 years. Didn't matter, raised my rates. Used for my business for 3 years, changed to a different company late 2022. Moved our office early 2023 and started getting calls from a debt collector late 2023. Come to find out the company audit they do yearly that we sent in end of 2022 never got finalized until mid 2023. Well all there notices got sent to our old address. Never received phone calls or any emails until the debt collectors started calling. Reached out to state farm told them the new address(4 times). I resubmitted info for the audit in early 2024. Never heard anything, checked in with this office, was told everything was good to go. Then received an email today from guess who, debt collectors. was told they have sent notices to us. Guess what they were still sending mail to an old address we haven't been at since late 2022. Great job state farm... Now, the people at the Dave Christy office were always polite, kind of hard to get ahold of the right people, but always polite. But I will NEVER EVER use State Farm ever again for the rest of my life. Communication from the audit department was absolute garbage. I pay 3x the amount now for my company insurance and will gladly just to not have to use this company ever again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE."
