"Never had to make a claim but sure got the run around with this company… Had mutual for a month then got told I couldn’t have it for a past accident and when it fell off I would go back to moral.. well for 3 yrs I’ve got the run around saying in feb then when feb came around was told in November then told when 3 yrs as stand comes up. We’ll never got the same story twice, so will be changing back to old insurance that I never should have changed from in first place but believed all the lies!! They tell ya what you want to suck you in then change your policy anyways. Terrible communication!! Shouldn’t even be a 1 star"
"Michelle, Sorry you feel this way. Drivers with accidents and tickets coming and going off an insurance record always experience rate changes. Your rates decreased as promised at the last renewal - sorry it was not as much as you were hoping. Our newer representative who helped you initially certainly could have done better - she is no longer with us because of this type of confusion."

"Use to be an honest, affordable company. If your payment is late, they charge you a late fee. Understandable. If you change payment methods, maybe because your card expired and now you have to enter a new one, there’s also a fee for that. Payment on time? Doesn’t matter. Fee. Very clearly not the honest company they use to be. Just trying to ensure you’re hurting financially more than you already are paying hundreds of dollars for the worst coverage possible. I use to have full coverage for $100. Now I pay almost the same amount for their lowest coverage. My family had been with State Farm for decades, my grandparents, parents, and myself. Now I’m devastated to have to shop elsewhere since my family and I are no longer people. Rather just dollar signs."
