"Called office because I received mutual dividend payment email and thought it was a hoax. Had the pleasure of speaking with Cathy in the Flour Mill Office. She explained the email and to our surprise we will receive some money back which is always a nice surprise. I was also able to make a payment on our boat, ask for a correction on the policy and verify information on another policy. Cathy not only took care of my initial request but so much more.
