"Dear, anyone who is trying to get insurance through this branch. Dave Christie State farm insurance from Spokane! Let me help you Dodge their bullet and just don't even bother! It was a waste of my time to even inquire with them.
Dave and other Owners,
Instead of addressing a simple, standard question about customer loyalty and retention programs, you chose to dig through my personal review history to launch personal insults. That speaks volumes about the culture of your office.
When I spoke with Caleb, I asked a completely reasonable hypothetical question: if I am a loyal customer for 10 years, how does State Farm reward that loyalty? Rather than de-escalating a standard inquiry from a prospective client looking to switch providers, he became defensive, asked why I was 'chewing him out,' and completely escalated the situation.
As the owner, your job should be to train your staff on basic customer service and de-escalation tactics. Instead, you've validated his poor handling of the call and doubled down with unprofessionalism online. My experience with Progressive may have prompted me to look elsewhere, but this interaction proved that even a tough day with them is a million times better than dealing with an office that treats inquiring customers with hostility.
State Farm didn't dodge a bullet; I did. Thank you for showing me exactly who you are before I gave your business a single dime.

I spoke to Caleb about your interaction with him. Caleb is one of the best young insurance reps we have ever had and a strange call with an unhappy (apparently Progressive didn't keep their promises to you) person doesn't alter my opinion. You deciding to vent your unhappiness with insurance in general on my office is in poor taste. Asking him random hypothetical questions about what we would do in 10 years compared to what your company did to you in 10 years is impossible to answer. Reading your other reviews, it appears you are a bitter person unless it involves burgers, beer and weed. I think State Farm dodged a bullet on this one. Good luck to whatever lucky company gets your business.}"
